The W-95 Wildland Tip is a durable and lightweight nozzle tip engineered for simplicity, reach, and reliability in wildland operations. Designed to thread directly onto any 1.5” NH or NPT shutoff, the W-95 delivers a long-reaching, narrow flat stream pattern that provides improved surface coverage.
 
The stream is compact and precisely shaped, allowing it to sweep across fuels. It’s built to make the most of every gallon, covering a broad area while still delivering reach and penetration. With no moving parts, no adjustments, and nothing to maintain, the W-95 is a straightforward, purpose-built tool for the line.
 
The nozzle body is manufactured from PA12 Nylon, a high-performance polymer known for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. PA12 stands up to impact, heat, abrasion, and harsh environmental conditions. It’s chemically resistant, UV-stable, and won’t swell or deform with moisture exposure. Originally developed for demanding aerospace and motorsport applications, PA12 is well suited to the unpredictable rigors of wildland firefighting.
 
To add strength where it counts, the tip is assembled on a 6061-T6 aluminum collar that is Type III anodized, ensuring durability at the connection point and giving you the ability to confidently set your preferred stream orientation. The collar is available in both 1.5” NH and 1.5” NPT threads to match a wide range of shutoffs and wildland tools.
 
While primarily designed for 1.5” shutoffs for wildland use with a flow rate of 95 GPM at 100 PSI, the W-95 also performs well on 1.75” structural lines or booster reels. With flow capabilities ranging from 65 GPM at 50 PSI to 95 GPM at 100 PSI, it’s an effective low-flow option for overhaul, nuisance fires, car fires, trash fires, or wetting down during structure fire mop-up. Its small footprint and minimal weight make it easy to carry and add to any hoseline.
